By accessing, registering or using the max885 platform in any capacity, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If the closure is at the member's own request or for reasons other than fraud, any eligible remaining funds will be returned after deducting any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements.
